Many people prefer this kind if beds, many of whom look for elegant and aesthetic designs. It has become so easy to find elegant and stylish bunk beds because they are not any more these dull traditional looking ones; they are now available in different shapes and designs that appeal to all tastes.
Why do they prefer bunk beds?
Some people don’t have too much space in their rooms or have a big number of people and they need too many beds. Other people might have a large room but they want to save this space for the children to play in. Some prefer bunk beds for a change; they can have separate beds for some time and then change to bunk beds, etc. Some may even opt for bunk beds for their special decorative shapes!
There are various types of bunk beds and not just one. Here are the different types:
The first type of bunk beds is the traditional one which consists of one bed simply fitted on top of another – this is one of the earliest bunk bed designs. The photos below show some first type bunk beds

The second type of bunk beds is that which consists of three identical beds, one of which is the upper bed and a double bed below. This style is so neat and elegant despite its large size.
The third type made up of three beds on top of each other. It looks nice but, personally, I find the other styles more chic and elegant when it comes to the design.
The fourth type comprises two beds on top of each other too but not in a parallel way but in an intersecting way; the upper bed is in a different direction from the lower one as is shown in the pictures below. It is a very unique design and it looks new, elegant and attractive
The fifth type , The upper bed is an ordinary one but the lower one can be used as a bed at night and as a sofa or chair in the day. This is a very practical type for small rooms which don’t have enough space for chairs. Its design is also so unique and simply amazing.

The sixth type , It is also a very practical and neat style that is preferred by so many people. It consists of an upper bed and the lower part contains a small sitting place, desk or some bookshelves. It might also contain some cabinets or shelves. A very useful and practical design indeed!

The seventh type , It is the most loved and elegant style for the kids and it is where they spend their day playing and their night sleeping. In this place they happily spend their leisure time. It is colorful and well-designed and looks like games found in a park.

The Eighth type , It is a nice and special type. Personally speaking, I find it extremely smart and unique with a special design that makes you feel that you own a treasure by possessing it. Indeed it is a treasure for me!

Now that we are done with our eight types I would like to show you how a bunk bed can be used as two separate beds. Notice how it was and how it has become.

Look at them now that they have become two separate beds creating some change in the room .
In that case the two beds have to be fixed together using that demountable post. All what you have to do is to carefully separate them and put the top one down.
