A very elegant collection that could glow in the sky of fashion in 2011, Donna Karan women resort 2011 was a surprise for all practical women and couture designs.

Donna Karan collection depended mainly on women suits and tailleurs for day wear and work elegance, while long and short drapey dresses were kept for evenings.

The suits came in a simple style consisting of two piece suits with a thin elegant belt. Some suits came in different shape, for example the flowing Pantsuits with the chiffon sleeveless jackets, and some other wide long jackets with silver belts.

The tailoring came so special in the silk crepe jumpsuits, they were strictly tailored on top and loose and flowing below the waist . Women tailleurs came with a simple tuxedo jackets worn over slinky chain-mail halter top and a stretch pencil skirt that established the masculine-feminine look.

Evening short dresses were completely made of tulle, many layers or black tulle and lace details on each layer. Night holidays required black, navy, silver, grey and white colors, which were the main theme for the evening dresses . Evening dresses came in the to-the-floor goddess dress style, they were made of satin, jersey, and liquid lame.
