Elie Saab, Born on July 4, 1964 is a Lebanese fashion designer. He immigrated to the United States with his family at the beginning of the civil war in 1975. The first exhibition of fashion was opened in 1982 in Beirut under his name. The first set of his designs was showcased in the casino Lebanon, founded in the early nineties Elie Saab House Design and Art in Beirut, and his fame spread to Paris, Switzerland, etc..
In 1997, Elie Saab was the first foreign designer who provides a spring / summer haute couture in Rome. Elie Saab is one of the designers who design clothes for celebrities in Hollywood. March 2002: Elie Saab designed the dress for the Best Actress winner Halle Berry. Halle Berry wore an Elie Saab gown to the Oscars and won the best actress award.
Saab’s designs have become a common choice and favorite amongst other A-list celebrities including Christina Aguilera, Beyonce, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Elizabeth Hurley, Mercia Cross, Emmanuelle Beart, and Teri Hatcher. He is also the couturier of royals such as the stylish queen Rania of Jordan.
