Exercise may reduce your risk of certain types of cancer. Regular exercise may help in the prevention of colon cancer by moving waste through the colon (large intestine) faster, which reduces the time spent by carcinogens in the intestinal tract.
Some scientists believe that exercise may also help to reduce the risk of endometrial cancer and breast cancer, both associated with increased levels of estrogen.
