How to prepare easy coffee cake recipe  ?

• Coffee Cake Ingredients
  

1 – 4 eggs
2 – 1 cup of sugar
3 – 1spoon vanilla
4 – 1 spoon baking powder
5 – 1:30 cup of flour

• FILLING:

1 – 3 spoons Nescafe
2 – 3 spoons sugar

Mix the egg with the sugar gently

add vanilla, until it will be creamy.

Finally add the flour that mixed with baking powder, and mix it with a wooden spoon .

Pour the first layer of cake in greasy ,floured pan, and then sprinkle 1 spoon of Nescafe and 1 spoon of sugar on it. bake it for 5 minutes .

then pour the second layer of cake and sprinkle Nescafe and sugar ,and so on.
