Couscous with onions and lamb:
To do this recipe you need a special type of cooker which contains from two pieces ,as a steam cooker .
Ingredients:
1- Kilo couscous backed
2- 5 onions chopped
3- 2 spoons of sauce tomato
4- 2 pieces of lamb (or any kind of meat you prefer)
5- 1 spoon salt ,pepper, spices
6- chickpeas
Instruction:
Put Couscous in bowl and add some water,mix it to observe water.
After the water boiling ,put Couscous in the holled pan.Leave it on heat for 20 minutes.
Then put it in the bowl and mix it with 2 cups of sauce that you prepare.
And return it on the boiled water for 20 minutes.
Preparing sauce:
Put 2 spoons of oil,2 spoons of tomato, lambs, chickpeas, pepper on the heat.
After 5 minutes,add water and leave it for 20 minutes to cook the lamb, checking the amount of water each 5 minutes,if need more,don’t worry.
Chopped onions and put it on heat for 5 minutes.
Then add 1spoon of fat
Mix it with the sauce and leave it on heat until cooked
Presentation:
Put Couscous in the pan and add: lemon water,1 spoon of water, little a pet of spices, and mix them with Couscous. Then cover it with the onion sauce and put the pieces of lamb.
