This is a kind for dried fruits that use to give a nice taste for deserts. Also you can make it a dough with a little of sugar powder to make roses that use as decoration on cakes.
Ingredients:
1- 2 cups Peeling oranges
2- 3 cups Water ( you can mix water with fresh orange juice)
3- A cup Sugar
4- 2 drops lemon juice
Description:
(1)Peel the orange ,and remove the flesh.
(2)Chopped the peeling
(3)Soak the peeling in the water for 3 days .You have to change water each day to avoid bitterness taste.
(4)Boil 3 cups of water(you can mix water with fresh orange juice ,then put the peeling .Don’t forget to remove the foam to avoid coming decayed during storing it.
(5)Leaves it boil until drop off.
(6) then let it be cool before storing it.
(6) Keep it in a glass container,and close it gently ,and store it in the refrigerator.
