How to make Kofta with vegetables in the oven

  • Ingredients:

There are no specific amounts, but according to the amount of meat, and of course you can use any kind of vegetables as wish or what is available.

1 – Mincemeat

2 – One egg

3 – Well chopped onion

4 – Coriander or parsley as you wishes

5 – Bread crumbs

6 – Seven Spices ( a mixture of black and white pepper, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and coriander)

7 – Sault and pepper

8 – Oregano

9 – Variety of vegetables cut into circle shaped pieces

10 – ¼ cup olive oil

  • Directions

Mix the mincemeat with the onion, the egg, the spices, the bread crumbs, and the Coriander  , Then shape it into little balls or fingers as you wish
Put Foil Paper in the bottom of a tray . Put the vegetables in a regular way in the tray , Then sprinkle some salt and black pepper upon them  , Place the meatballs on the top , Then add the olive oil and the Oregano , Put the tray inside the oven until the meatballs and the vegetables are well cooked .

Notes: you can boil the potatoes until it half cooked. So, it will not take long time inside the oven to be well done .
