Peter Pilotto Spring/Summer 2012 Ready-to-Wear Collection

A trip to Indonesia along with pacific island and water world controlled the atmosphere of Peter Pilotto new collection. The whole show was sharply cut, sexy, affected by sporty spirit yet with modern and elegant flavor. That collection was released on LONDON, September 19, 2011. The designer seemed professional through the choice of prints, colors, fabrics and cuts, prints were vivid and eye-catching with those surreal undersea patterns, tropical flowers, jungle shapes and volcano shades. The used colors were light blue, turquoise, yellow, and red mixed with grey and black. Moreover, the fabrics were rich and energetic with the use of silk and inserts in neoprene. The cuts were all about skirts, dresses and pants. Skirts were floated, pleated, well-structured and voluminous. Dresses were straight or a-line shaped, fitted waist, sleeveless or half sleeved with lengths like mini, above knee or full length. Furthermore, pants were slim and cigarette shaped with ankle length. Finally, the designer employed high-heeled sandals as supporting accessories.
