Types of Tooth Tattoos
Some teeth tattoo are easily put on as it can be erased (TEMPORARY TATTOOS)
non-invasive and painless .
You can go back to the dentist any time and have the jewel color changed in the future .
There are many shapes and colors, some are stones, diamond, and gold (The stone is set with a primer and a small quantity of adhesive and is placed and aligned within 20 seconds with no drilling or pain. They can stay in place from six months to up to three years and can be easily removed at any time by a dentist) .
Others are made by special stain
These tattoos can be retained as long as one wants and removed using special bur and polishing agent within two minutes .
The enamel of the tooth is a highly polished surface and if tattooing is not done professionally, it can cause dental caries around the margin of the teeth. But with good oral hygiene, this can be avoided. Repeated tattoo on the same tooth, though, can cause permanent damage to the enamel and become easily decayed .
Some are applied to a replacement crown before it is inserted into one’s mouth, Teeth are tattooed by baking colored porcelain onto the surface of the tooth at a high temperature which ensures that it will stay attached and clearly visible. For any reason, teeth tattoos can be removed quickly and completely unlike removing body tattoos .
The art of doing tattoos is an old art that started in ancient civilization many years ago. The earliest available records indicate the art was practiced in Egypt and the Mummies that have been found even prove it. The Egyptian priestess Amunet who existed sometime in the past had tattoos on her arms, legs and below the navel .

My local tattoo artist is very experienced and also extremly expensive but, he’s worth it! Fantastic site btw
